Bradley® Childbirth Classes

We're excited that you're interested in more information about Bradley® classes! If you're wanting a natural birth, take this class! Dr. Bradley called his class Husband-Coached Childbirth®, because he trained husbands to be the birth coach for their wives. So this class is for moms and dads. Mom is encouraged to bring along a support person; whether that's her husband, her sister, or  her friend, it should  be someone with a lifelong, vested interest in both the mom and the new baby.

We cover pregnancy exercises, nutrition, the physiology of labor, strategies for avoiding unnecessary pain, breastfeeding, postpartum care, writing your birth plan, and so much more. Plus we discuss the WHY for natural  childbirth.

Classes typically run 12 weeks. The cost is $350, which includes a student workbook and access to the online student center.

​We meet in person at my home, just south of Kohls in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
