World Doula Day

Today is World Doula Day! I'm going to celebrate by sharing my Doula Bag with you.

Here are a few of the things I keep in my bag:

• Notebook and pen
• Cherry pit pack
• Rebozo
• Wet bag
• Change of clothes
• Kneeling pad
• Massager
• Lavender and peppermint essential oils
• A little bag of toiletries for me
• New chap sticks
• Combs for reflexology points

The bag itself is a Thirty-One gym bag.
